At Elevate Media House, we’re a fully remote team spread across time zones, calendars, and coffee routines. But we’re also a tight-knit group that gets things done—and has a lot of fun doing it.
Working remotely in a small agency setting isn’t just a perk—it’s part of how we work best. It gives us the flexibility to focus, the space to think creatively, and the ability to build a team based on fit and passion—not just geography.

We’ve learned that being remote doesn’t mean being disconnected. In fact, we’re probably more connected than most teams. From our Friday morning team calls (where we share wins, talk life, and hype each other up), to casual Slack shoutouts and quick video chats to brainstorm new ideas, we’ve built real trust through consistent communication.
What makes it work?
A few things:
We stay agile. No layers of approval, no red tape—just quick decisions and real collaboration.
We’re self-driven. Remote work thrives when people take ownership, and we lean into that every day.
We make space for people. Need a mid-morning walk? A focus day with fewer meetings? A break to handle something personal? We trust each other to get the job done—and to take care of ourselves in the process.
We’re proud of what we build. And we celebrate it, together.
Remote work at a small agency means every day looks a little different—but that’s part of what we love about it. We’re learning, growing, and evolving—without losing sight of the people behind the work.
Whether we’re crafting a campaign, solving a challenge, or figuring something out for the first time, we do it as a team. No matter where we’re logging in from.
